Fitness Guide Locations and Descriptions

Boutique/Class led category includes those venues of fitness that offer either class or camp times and/or presence of a trainer onsite. These are not your large gyms, but many do have showers and lockers or cubicles available. Daycare may or may not be available – please inquire. BURN BOOT CAMP

    • Description: Burn Boot Camp is a boutique fitness concept where like-minded women come together, build confidence, and inspire one another through fitness. Camps are offered multiple times throughout the day, last 45 minutes, and are comprised of 72 different styles and 15 different formats. Workouts take place on our proprietary Floating Floor with individualized attention in a group fitness setting. Clients learn far more than just healthy eating and exercise tips at Burn Boot Camp, as the concept strays from the competition by operating on a five pillar philosophy to help clients achieve success: mindset, whole food nutrition, burst training, strength training and positive environment.     • Description: 9Round is different because it includes everything you need: a full-body workout that’s fast, effective and fun… personal trainers to help you… and expert nutritional guidance. You will be welcomed by a friendly, qualified trainer and you will use heart rate training to stay in your target fat burning zone. SHRED415
