Mindful Strides

Gals Institute is now offering Mindful Strides. Join in for a walking therapy group for mothers who need to recharge in the company of other mothers in nature. Learn mindfulness skills and grounding techniques while participating in a 30-45 minute walk.
Saturdays from 9:00 am to 10:30 am June 15 through August 3. Once a week for 8 sessions. Must be 19 years or older to attend. This is a female group.
There is a fee of $10/week, a total of $80 for the session. Register for Mindful Strides.
