FreeThe Tyke Hike:
Tyke Hikes are back! Come on out for a FREE family friendly hike on the Ice Age Trail. Moving at a “toddler’s pace,” everyone will stop to explore and enjoy the surroundings as they go. This guided hike will be led by local and Chapter-affiliated parents.
Tyke Hike Details:
Please join the Ice Age Trail for April’s Tyke Hike on Saturday, April 19th at 10am at Grant Park in South Milwaukee. Before the hike begins, there will be an egg hunt, then a short half-mile hike around the park.
Please park in the parking lot next to Picnic Area 5-5A-6. Look for the Tyke Hike/Ice Age Signage. Gather close to picnic area 6 – but this is all dependent on weather and ground conditions. Regardless – meeting will be around that parking lot area.
Christina Callies, Aliza Shafer, and McKenna Olson organized this hike. There is no fee for this activity. *Note: They love furry friends, but dogs are not allowed on a section of this trail, so please leave them at home.
