Cedarburg Wine and Harvest Festival
September 21 @ 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
FreeCome celebrate a sweet and savory weekend at the 50th Annual Cedarburg Wine and Harvest Festival in historic downtown Cedarburg presented by Summit Credit Union! Enjoy arts and crafts from local artisans and vendors, amazing food and drinks, and be sure to plan to see the always popular Pumpkin Regatta or Cedar Creek Winery Grape Stomp.
The festival opens Saturday, September 21 from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm and Sunday, September 22 from 10 am – 5 pm.
2024 Details to come. Below are details from the 2023 event.
Grape Stomp Contest
1pm & 3pm Kids first and then Adults
Takes place both days. Everyone flocks to watch or take part in this zany event where barefoot stompers compete to squash a load of grapes through holes in a barrel. The judges are looking for “most juice” and “superior style.”. We draw four names at random for each of the contests. The kids contest goes first immediately followed by the adults. Signups start at 11 am each day.
Drive-Up Wine Tent
You can buy a case of wine without hauling it through the crowds! Over the last couple years, we have included a drive-up tent on Washington Avenue near the winery. You can purchase your case during the festival and when ready to go home, simply drive your car to the pick-up tent to get your wine.
Pumpkin Regatta | Sunday at 2pm
This popular race involving HUGE pumpkins and adventurous paddlers, launches from the banks of Cedar Creek. Get a great view of this YouTube favorite from the Settlement parking lot.
Parking
Don’t fight traffic coming into town, hunting for your parking spot on the other side of town from the winery. Instead, your spot is easy to get to, just two blocks north of the winery in Fireman’s Park. A free hayride shuttle is available from the parking lot to the festival.
From Hwy I-43 at Hwy. 60 (exit 92) proceed west for 4.5 mi. Turn left (south) at 5 Corners Intersection and proceed left (South) on Washington Avenue for 1.5 mi. The Park is located on the east side of Washington Avenue just north of the winery.
