There is a suggested donation of $5 per person to attend this outdoor event.
The Market will be open from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
The Courtyard and Bar will be open from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm
The Live Music will be from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
This is a family friendly event with free art activities and more on select nights.
The Schauer Arts Center and Hartford Chamber of Commerce are partnering to bring you the Schauer Courtyard Music and Market. Enjoy shopping at the farm/artisan market with music, food and refreshments in one place. Family-friendly with free art activities on select evenings.
The Schauer Courtyard is between the Schauer Arts Center and Hartford Recreation Center buildings. Please note that seating is limited, so we kindly ask you to bring your lawn chair.

- Borderline Reckless is ready to perform with their acoustic style mainstream country and classic rock! Some of their influences are Kenny Chesney, Dierks Bently, Billy Currington, Johnny Cash, and David Allan Coe.

- Established in late 2018, The MilBillies immediately hit the ground running, bringing their unique synthesis of traditional and progressive bluegrass to venues and festivals throughout the upper Midwest and beyond. The MilBillies project a veritable wall of sound, starting with an intentional focus on melodic lyricism in songwriting and finishing with an unparalleled, action-packed live performance.
With their second full-length album, Capital B, released in late 2023, and with festivals such as Blue Ox, Pickin’ On Picknic, Boats & Bluegrass, Summerfest, IBMA, John Hartford and so many more under their belts, The MilBillies are a regular staple of Hot. Dirty. Blue. Grass.

- Vinyl Road is a female-fronted band that has been performing since 2014. They have played over 130 successful shows and are proud of their diverse range of music. The band covers classic songs from popular artists like Styx, Janis Joplin, Free, Journey, Melissa Etheridge, Blondie, Aerosmith, REO, Jefferson Airplane, AC/DC, and The Mamas and the Papas. Over the years, they have also added in tunes from artists such as Little Big Town, Miranda Lambert, Elle King, and many others. The band is known for its incredible vocalists and the fact that audiences never know what song to expect next.

- Hometown is a talented 5-piece band with sax/keyboard, electric/acoustic guitars, bass guitar, and drums. They are based out of the Slinger/West Bend area and have a dynamic, energetic sound that is sure to impress. The band plays a wide selection of popular cover tunes from the 1950s to the 2000s, guaranteed to please any audience.

- Tangled Lines is an alternative rock/Americana band from the Milwaukee area and a 2021 WAMI award-winning band, with nominations for five WAMI Awards in 2024. They are also the writers of the theme song for Main Streets with John McGivern, as seen on PBS. They also have music featured in various Hulu, Hallmark Channel, and HBO Max shows. Tangled Lines is in its ninth year of making music and just released a new album, Jenny, last fall. It is on all streaming platforms.
Tangled Lines plays original songs and hits from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s that you’ll want to dance with.

- Bruce Humphries and the Rockabilly Rebels are a Milwaukee-based, rockabilly-infused, rock and roll band that play music that has been compared to Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, Elvis Presley, etc. Bruce has opened for major acts like the Brian Setzer Orchestra, Hank Thompson, Rosie Flores, Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers, Lee Rocker and Slim Jim Phantom. They have sold music worldwide and have played some major rockabilly festivals—Coney Island Rockabilly Fest (Brooklyn, NY), Uno-Go-Go (Chicago, IL), and Wisconsin’s own SYMCO and Northern Roundup. They have just released a brand-new album that has garnered international attention through rave reviews and radio plays as far away as France and Spain.

- Formed in June of 2000, The Acoustix came to be after Doug and Dave got tired of playing in other bands and wanted to do something more casual and intimate. They had used this format, acoustic guitar, and congas, to showcase their full band in the past, allowing the venue to get a taste of what they do. Using this format exclusively, the band has found great success in the Milwaukee area. They are regulars at some of the best music venues in town and perform annually at Milwaukee’s Summerfest, the world’s largest music festival. They cover anything from Neil Diamond to AC/DC and can entertain crowds of all ages. The Acoustix is also a favorite at many private parties, corporate events, and weddings.
