Shepherd of the Hills is excited to announce the return of Follow the Star, a special outdoor Christmas experience happening at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church on Saturday, December 6th, from 5:00–6:30 PM, with a backup date of Saturday, December 13th in case of inclement weather.

Guests are invited to follow the rustic woodchipped path behind Shepherd, where they will step back in time and experience the Christmas story in a meaningful and interactive way. Along the way, visitors can wander through a lively Bethlehem market and even trade a coin for goods, meet live nativity characters and animals, and take in the beauty of the first Christmas night brought to life. To bless families during this busy holiday season, they are also offering free hot chocolate and a complimentary frozen pizza kit to take home and enjoy. This free, family-friendly event is the perfect way to pause, reflect, and celebrate the miracle of Christmas together.
