Bloom & Blossom: Mother & Daughter Workshop

Creating appreciation & love for moms while tapping into your artistic self.
Creating appreciation and love for Moms while Moms learn appreciation and love for themselves! Join us for this unique Mother-Daughter workshop. Enjoy discussion and activities to increase awareness of the importance of showing appreciation towards self and others. Learn self-awareness, gratitude and empathy while celebrating the unique gifts Mother’s bring to our lives. Mothers: Enjoy a makeover by Mary Kay, conversate, and learn about mom burn out- a talk featured in the community by Deanna Marincic, MSW, LCSW – OWNER, CLINIC SUPERVISOR, SPEAKER Daughters: Engage in a fun workshop featuring Mother’s Day gift making *Refreshments Provided *If you have more than one daughter that would like to attend, please email us at info@galsonthegoproject@gmail.com to add them to the registration.

Father’s Day Themed: Calm, Cool & Capable Workshop
Join us for a special Father’s Day-themed twist on our popular Calm, COOL, Capable workshop. Through fun & interactive activities, your child will learn tips & tools to develop emotional regulation, boost confidence, and create meaningful gifts to show their appreciation towards influential male figures in their life.
Cost: $50 (Includes: Peanut-free Snack,Supplies, Games and a special gift for Dad)

Beauty Inside & Out Summer
July 20, 2025 @ 1:00PM — 4:00PM and July 27th 1:00 – 4:00pm
Snips & Giggles Salon: 183 E. Wisconsin Avenue OCONOMOWOC, WI
Beauty Inside & Out Workshop:
Join us at Snips and Giggles in Oconomowoc on Sunday, July 20th for our Beauty Inside & Out workshop! Our team of clinicians and trained facilitators will offer an interactive mind and body experience for girls ages 7 to 10 years old. This self-esteem building experience will help girls learn to accept their unique differences and love themselves inside and out. Mindfulness, dietary education, yoga and art will be used to tap into their inner positive self!
Dates: Sunday, July 20th (ages 7-10) + Sunday, July 27 (ages 9-12)
Time: 1:00 – 4:00 PM

Gals on the Go Project is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization established by Gals Institute. The project’s mission is to improve the social and emotional well-being of children and adolescents through prevention and resiliency building workshops and other programs. Our fun and interactive workshops focus on topics such as healthy relationships, resiliency building, effective coping strategies, confidence boosting, calming anxiety, and many others.
