Oconomowoc Hometown Celebration 2025

Oconomowoc’s HomeTOWN Celebration

Oconomowoc is 150 years old and the City is planning a celebration like no other. July 4 and 5 will be packed with Oconomowoc’s traditional Independence Day celebrations, but they will be made extra special for the occasion. July 4 starts with a time capsule dedication, Fourth of July parade and stunning fireworks display – on TWO lakes. Saturday Oconomowoc is bringing back an old favorite, the street dance! Downtown will be closed for dancing in the street, food and drink vendors and a special area for kids. Grab the family, all your friends and head down July 4 and 5 to celebrate Oconomowoc’s Oconomowoc’s HomeTOWN Celebration and birthday.

Parking? They’ve got you covered. Hop the shuttle service from Metro Market on East Wisconsin Avenue and Oconomowoc High School to downtown!
