Pickleball is all the rage in the past few years. My kids have taken it up and always ask me to play with them. 1. Sussex Village Park

We love that these courts are right next to the newer inclusive playground and splash pad.
The athletic-surfaced courts have a dual purpose, which includes four pickleball courts, with four half-court basketball courts. Each court features permanent pickleball nets and permanent, fixed basketball hoops. The court is constructed of asphalt with a sport coating.
Pickleball courts are reserved only for participants of the Village of Sussex Park and Recreation pickleball programs. Be sure to check their current schedule so you know when the courts are available.
2. Nixon Park in Hartland
175 E. Park Ave, Hartland
Again, we love that these courts are right next to the newer playground and splash pad. Obviously we love Nixon Park, it’s where we host Hartland Kids Day every year.
What we really love is that there are so many pickleball courts now! The “old” tennis courts are now both 2 pickleball courts and one tennis court, plus there are 4 more newly installed pickleball courts.
3. Banting Park in Waukesha
2101 Butler Dr, Waukesha
We just played at this park – and the pickleball courts are lighted! No splash pad here, but there is a playground right outside the courts – 8 courts to be exact!
Do check the schedule listed on the fencing to be sure there is open play before you enter the court area.

- Lake Country Pickleball Club at NE Park in Oconomowoc: has 20 pickleball courts. There is a strict schedule. Courts 1 and 2 are available to the public at all times, but fill up fast. The park is located by Meadowview Elementary and St. Matthew’s Schools.
- Westover Park in Oconomowoc: It has two tennis courts that are also lined for 6 pickleball courts.
- Lions Club Park in Muskego: Includes a playground, basketball court, and a pickleball court.
