“It’s not just Mexican, it’s Latin American and while you can get all the “typical” dishes such as burritos, enchiladas, etc, they also have lots of dishes you can’t find anywhere else. Their food is fresh, I retesting, and delicious, as are their cocktails. Best Paloma anywhere!” – Rebecca M.

What makes this our weekly go to for several years now? Vegan options! My spouse is not vegan and I am so a Mexican restaurant that caters to all is what I’m down for and especially one where the food is on point. You get more than a “beans and rice” option for the vegan. Soy chorizo, jackfruit (in the past), tempura shishito, portobello and much more! Win win!!” – Nicole M.

Casa Tequila in Pewaukee and Waukesha

“Casa has great service and quality food hands down just a great place.” – Robert M.

The patio and margs!!!” – Stacie A.

Sunnyside Up in Dousman

The parrillada is amazing and our favorite thing on the menu. They have an amazing breakfast. They definitely have the best rice in Lake Country – if we’re making Mexican at home, we will order rice just because they make it so much better! Margarito, the owner, is so friendly and always says hi. The entire staff is so kind and honestly treats customers like they’re family. We always go on Mother’s Day and they hand out flowers to all the moms. It’s an awesome place to go. We are never disappointed!.” – Briana M.

“Great food and they have so many selections and the food never disappoints. Always smiling, and they give back to the community.” – Suzanne D.

Antigua Real in Mukwonago

“We drove from far away to sample the unique flavors offered on the menu. Sunday afternoons are the best and the service is friendly and courteous. The first time here, ordered the fried plantains, beef flautas and nopolita salad. All was delicious. The last time, we tried the enchiladas: espinacas and almendradas. Delicious again! We will definitely be back to try other items. A bonus is the artwork!” – Billy D.
