Oconomowoc’s HomeTOWN Celebration presented by Bank Five Nine kicks off July 4 with the Independence Day Parade followed by a fireworks show. The show will feature two barges, over both Lac La Belle and Fowler lakes. The 150th celebrations continue Saturday, July 5 as the Oconomowoc Area Chamber of Commerce brings back Oconomowoc’s downtown street dance. The street dance will be along Wisconsin Avenue. It will feature three top, area bands, food trucks, beverage stations and a kids area. This is a weekend not to be missed!

Friday, July 4
- 11am: Time Capsule Dedication at John and Lavinia Rockwell Park
- 5pm: Independence Day Parade Presented by the Oconomowoc Rotary Club.
- Parade route begins at West Wisconsin Avenue/Concord Road. Travels east through downtown and roundabout. Ends at Police Department
- 9pm: Independence Day Fireworks Display Choreographed display from barges on both Lac La Belle and Fowler Lakes
Saturday, July 5
- Downtown Street Dance and Festival
- Event Time: 1-9pm
- Location: Downtown Oconomowoc Main Street and Wisconsin Avenue to Wisconsin Avenue and Cross Street
- Live Music
- 1-3pm- Orange Whips
- 3:30-5:30pm- Failure to Launch
- 6-9pm-Stetsin and Lace
