Spring City Soiree
Join the City of Waukesha for the Spring City Soirée a special celebration marking the 130th anniversary of the City of Waukesha! Step back in time and discover the City’s vibrant past at the Waukesha County Historical Society & Museum on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
This special anniversary celebration will feature an exclusive preview of the museum’s new Springs exhibit, offering a first look at the springs era stories that helped shape Waukesha. Visitors are also invited to explore the museum’s other exhibits, enjoy hands-on activities and games for kids, and take part in refreshments and giveaways throughout the evening.
A brief program will take place at 5:30 p.m. and will include remarks from Peter Zehren, Executive Director of the Waukesha County Historical Society and Musuem; City of Waukesha Mayor Shawn Reilly; and local historian John Schoenknecht, who will share some insights into the City’s rich and fascinating past.
