ProHealth Community Fair

ProHealth Care and the Waukesha Hispanic Collaborative Network join together to present the ProHealth Community Fair. Come with family and friends to take advantage of community resources and educational displays, healthy food samples and free health screenings. Also included at the fair are:

Health Assessment Screening (by appointment only, register now)
Health Insurance Expert
Free Radon Testing Kits (while supplies last)
Flight for Life, Fire and Police Departments (dependent on availability and weather)
Come with family and friends for a morning packed with helpful health information. Visit community resource and education displays, sample healthy food and participate in free health screenings. Registration is not required for the fair; however registration is required for the Health Assessment Screening. This is the only screening that requires registration.
If you are 21 years of age or older, free Health Assessment Screenings are available at the fair which include cholesterol, blood sugar levels, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), urine check, results and counseling by a health care professional.
