Let’s celebrate the beautiful Bark River that runs through Downtown Hartland this spring. Please bring your family to the sixth annual Bark River Bash. Fun for all ages! Paddling River Run, Rubber Duck Derby, Face Painting, Yard Games, Beer, Music, Food!

Hosted by the Hartland Kiwanis. This is a fundraiser put on by the Hartland Kiwanis. Profits go to the Hartland Public Library’s Children’s Area
Bark River Bash Schedule 2026
9:00 am to 11:00 am
Kayak/Canoe Run – starts at Centennial Park in Hartland, ends at Nixon Park
10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Activities at Nixon Park – bounce house, obstacle course, face painting, games, Beer Garden will be open, food, music, vendor booths and more!
12:00 pm to 12:30 pm
Rubber Duck Derby – Duck derby tickets can be purchased in advance or at the event

Pre Event Tickets: Purchase duck derby tickets in advance at the Hartland Library.
Day of Tickets: Purchase duck derby tickets at Nixon Park Pavilion (by playground)
$5 for one or $20 for five. Supply is limited to 1,000 tickets so buy early!
Ducks Race from the Cover Bridge on Bark River Greenway (behind Senor Thomas) to Nixon Park
Purchased ducks are awarded prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and last place (Do not need to be present to win)
By purchasing a duck you will be entered for another chance to win a raffle prize (Must be present to win). Raffle prize drawing is estimated to start between 1:30pm & 2:00pm
