The Delafield American Legion Post 196 is hosting a Lucky Ducky Veteran’s River Race this August 2024. Join the duck race to support several Veteran’s organizations. The duck race will be held at Delafield’s Liberty Park. Liberty Park is just off Hwy C in downtown Delafield.

It’s a SpecQuackular Event on August 4th starting time noon hosted by the Delafield American Legion Auxiliary with racing ducks floating down the Bark River. The Race starts at the Hwy C bridge and ends at the Municipal Parking Lot Bridge in Delafield.

Top 5 prizes $500-$100 and remaining funds help support Local Veteran causes and the Delafield American Legion building fund.

Adopt a rubber duck, 1 for $5, 3 for $10 or 7 for $20 at the American Legion on Wednesday evenings and after the 4th of July Parade, Delafield Farmers Market on Saturdays or an Auxiliary member. Immediately following the race, we waddle back to the legion to hear the winners, enjoy food and beverages, Pick-A-Pop & cheer for the Brewers on the BIG screen TVs!

Winners will be immediately announced at the Legion (333 North Lapham Peak Rd) following the race with food, drinks and a chance to win prizes at the Rubber Ducky Number Matching Game. Don’t miss this fun and “SpecQuackular” event to help support our local Veterans!
