Kids Fishing Day

Bring the family to Fleet Farm in Oconomowoc for their annual Kids Fishing Day! It’s a free event on Saturday, July 13, 2024 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Come enjoy fun and informative fishing activities, games & more for ALL ages as the staff helps teach the next generation of anglers. Learn everything from safety tips, to how to identify different fish! Plus, they will have FREE tackle boxes to give away while supplies last.
Your little one will learn about and enjoy these fun activities at the Fleet Farm Kids Fishing Day:
- Knot tying
- Minnow racing
- Fishing safety
- Fishing Station and Games
- Kayak Station
- Classes on Live Bait and Tackle
- Fish Identification
- Types of fishing line
- Proper Life Vest Fittings
- Casting area with rod and reel combos
