The East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce’s 49th annual Corn & Brat Roast will return on Memorial Day weekend, May 22-25, at East Troy Village Square Park, 2881 Main St.
The event, featuring roasted sweet corn, Hometown Sausage Kitchen brats, hot dogs, burgers, soda and beer, as well as live entertainment, will run from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Sunday and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday.
American Legion Loomis-Martin Post 188 & East Troy VFW Post 7501 will present a Memorial Day Observance at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 25.
Corn and Brat Roast Schedule
This four-day community tradition features roasted sweet corn, brats from Hometown Sausage Kitchen , plus hot dogs, burgers, soda, beer, and live entertainment, all in the heart of downtown East Troy.
Event Hours:
- Friday: 5 to 8 p.m.
- Saturday: 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Sunday: 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Monday: 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
American Legion Loomis-Martin Post 188 & East Troy VFW Post 7501 will present a Memorial Day Observance at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 25.

EAST TROY COMMUNITY-WIDE RUMMAGE SALE
The East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce will host its 30th annual East Troy Community-wide Rummage Sale on Friday, May 24, Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The weekend events also include the East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce’s 45th annual Corn & Brat Roast & East Troy Brewfest.
