Concert in the Park, Dousman

Spend your Saturday afternoon with exceptional music in the beauty of Three Pillars’ outdoor picnic pavilion in the woods. Three Pillars’ summer series of Concerts in the Park are FREE, family-friendly, and open to the community.
June 05 – Tally Ho Brass Band – Tally Ho is a collaboration of brass musicians focused on bringing the sound, artistry, and magic of German and Austrian brass music to the states. They play traditional German and Austrian music with some American pop, rock, and jazz mixed in.
July 30 – Palmyra/Eagle Community Band – The Palmyra-Eagle Community Band brings programs that feature a real slice of home town band music. Music to put a Smile on Your Face and the Tap in Your Toe.
The band numbers over 50 dedicated musicians that perform year round, from their first concert on Fat Tuesday through our Christmas concert the first Sunday in December. Their performances include selections from the mid-nineteenth century to present day. They include Sousa, Civil War, light classical, opera, 40s, polkas, marches, Dixieland, Broadway, show music, and much more.
They take pride in developing themed concerts based on a historical event, such as World War II, the Civil War or a period of music such as Sousa, the 40s, and American Pops.
August 13 – Hartland Community Band – The Hartland Community band performs concert music of great range and depth, including music from Broadway and the movies, marches, and patriotic fare along with classical concert band repertoire. Their goal is to provide music for audience that will engender pride in our nation and reaffirm the importance of “community.”
September 25 – Remember When Trio – Unforgettable live music from the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. You’ll hear wonderful music from great artists like:
The Beatles, The Buckingham’s, Jay Black & The American’s, Tony Bennett, Chuck Berry, Johnny Cash, Ray Charles, The Coasters, Nat King Cole, and many more!
