It’s Food Truck Friday at the Waukesha County Airport! Returning for a BONUS event in 2025!

Back by popular demand and implementing feedback, Waukesha County Airport/Crites Field will host another Food Truck Friday in October from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm, on the east side of the Terminal Building, 2525 Aviation Drive.

They encourage take-out. Seating can be limited, so if you are going to stay, consider bringing your own blanket and/or lawn chairs if you choose to eat on site.

***The line can get long, so please prepare to wait in line to order your meal and to wait for your meal to be made. However, watching the planes come and go is amazing. The kids truly loved seeing the planes so up close and personal that we love attending Food Truck Friday every summer!!

BONUS Food Truck Friday!

Join in for a bonus Food Truck Friday on Friday, October 3rd from 11:00 AM–1:30 PM at Waukesha County Airport.

One more chance to grab lunch with your airport community and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Cheddar Flag Formation Clinic, hosted by the Joint Liaison Formation Committee (JLFC). This unique training event sharpens formation flying skills—and you’ll have a front-row seat to the action.

In honor of Cheddar Flag Formation Clinic, they just had to bring in a grilled cheese truck.
