ProHealth Care Walks for Cancer

The annual ProHealth Care Walks for Cancer will return to three local parks again this year. Join in on Saturday, May 3, at one of the three walk locations:

  • RiverWalk in Waukesha
  • LakeWalk in Oconomowoc
  • ParkWalk in Mukwonago.

Each walk is approximately two miles long on a paved surface.

The ProHealth Care Foundation works to continuously improve the health of the community by partnering with individuals and organizations to make a difference in the lives of patients.

They inv invite you into the parks on May 3 to make a difference in the lives of patients, too.

Here are a few important details:
• You can register as an individual or as part of a team.
• Anyone who registers online by April 28 will receive $5 off their registration fee.
• All registered participants will receive a commemorative long-sleeved T-shirt. (Forest green this year!)
• Individuals who raise $125 or more will be eligible for incentive prizes.
• If you choose to form a team, you will also have access to helpful online tools via our website.
• The sooner you register, the sooner your team members can join!

Since the Walks’ inception, participants have raised nearly $8 million. The money raised stays in Waukesha County and helps fund research; patient and family support; financial assistance; pioneering technology; and ongoing educational opportunities for patients and the cancer care team.

Satisfy your sweet tooth and support a great cause! Join Bank Five Nine on Friday, April 25th from 9 am to 5 pm, at the Oconomowoc branches for a Bake Sale to raise funds for ProHealth Care Walks for Cancer. Your contribution makes an impact on the lives of cancer patients in Waukesha County.
