On April 26th, a whopping 650 drones will take to the Bear Paw sky in an unforgettable drone show, along with fireworks & food trucks, honoring the history and the vision of their founder, Randy Isaacson.
This record-breaking display will take you on a breathtaking journey through the story of Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort and Bear Paw Adventure Park like never before.

9AM-9PM: Adventure Park amenities are open to the public – enjoy discounted tickets!
7PM: Food trucks ($) and recreation activities
7:30PM-8PM: Ribbon cutting ceremony for Randy’s Thrill Hill
ALSO: Celebrate the Grand Opening of Randy’s Thrill Hill, Bear Paw Adventure Parks newest attraction on the largest manmade hill in the Midwest. This 250-foot-long slide, standing 70 feet tall with a 50 foot vertical drop is a tribute to Randy Isaacson’s adventurous spirit.
Randy believed in creating moments of joy, excitement, and togetherness, and this night is all about celebrating that legacy.
For over 20 years, Randy Isaacson (the founder of our neighboring property Bear Paw Adventure Park and Jellystone Park™ Caledonia) turned this resort into the innovative family destination it is today.
Sadly, he passed in 2024. In his honor, this Grand Opening event will be dedicated to his remarkable vision and lasting legacy.
The Thrill Hill represents one of Randy’s final big, unfinished dreams. A dream that captures the essence of his remarkable spirit. He never did anything halfway; everything he created was bigger, bolder, and beyond what most could imagine.
Now, after years of planning and construction, Randy’s Thrill Hill is the realization of a dream brought to life.

We were invited to spend a night at @yogicaledonia and experience @bearpawbeach ; and my kiddos were asking when we can come back before we even left🙌🏽
There are over 400 sites on the over 200 acre property, and we stayed in a glamping cabin, Cindy Bear. The cabin was fully furnished; we just needed to bring our own linens, pillows, and towels. We brought sleeping bags to make it feel more like camping and to save on making the beds 😉 {hey, we’re on vacation 😁}
There is SO much to do in terms of entertainment and fun. You can view their full list of activities online. What we did was:
🎶Joined a full out dance party
🛍️Shopped at the Ranger Station
🎥Watched an outdoor movie
💦Swam on the Wibits at Bear Paw Beach
🌊Went down the water slides at the Yogi Bear water park
🦘Jumped on the jumping pillow
⛳Mini Golfed 18 holes
🌮Ate lunch at the Bear Paw Snack Shack
They also have archery, an RC track, a craft corner and activities, an indoor arcade, a volleyball court, basketball court, gaga ball, laser tag, a baseball diamond and MORE. You can make an action packed time or you can chill by your site and a campfire. There is literally something for everyone AND a fishing pond.
And not only do they have summer fun, but an entire season of fall camping with additional fall activities, including an 8 acre corn maze 🌽
Plus, in addition to a variety of glamping cabins, like we stayed in, they also have a variety of sites – full hookups, no hook ups, premium pull throughs for your RV. We saw RVs, pop up campers, and tents.
