We’ll explore the abundance of autumn through pumpkins, plants, and whatever other treasures the season brings our way. Come get curious, get your hands a little dirty, and discover the joy and wonder of the natural world together.

*Bring your own drink, snack, and appropriate outdoor clothing/footwear.
Feel free to extend your stay and have lunch on the farm.
Prepared foods, snacks, smoothies, juices etc are available for purchase in the Market.

Meet the instructor: Allison Clark is a folk herbalist, educator, and lifelong lover of the natural world. She especially loves spending time in Nature with curious kiddos and their families, helping them discover the plants, foods, and everyday magic growing all around them. Through her business, Wellness of the Woods, Allison makes handcrafted herbal products and teaches Backyard Foraging and Approachable Herbalism to help people build a practical, joyful relationship with the plants in their own backyards.

Designed for children ages 3–7 with an accompanying adult, Kids on the Farm is an experiential outdoor gathering for little ones and the grown-ups who love them. Together, we’ll hunt for treasures provided by nature and let the outdoors surprise us! We may meet wild plants and mushrooms, explore what’s growing around the farm, learn how to tuck our gardens in for winter, create something with our hands, and follow wherever our curiosity leads.
