Come One, Come All to the 13th Annual St Joan of Arc Carnival! Get out of the cold for some good family fun and games. This event is no admission games range from no cost to $1 per game, most games are 50 cents. Grilled hamburgers and hot dogs and more hit the spot at the concessions stand. There is nothing like a grilled burger in the middle of winter!
