Splatter Fest – A community fund raising event for NAMI
May 16th from 10:30am-2:00pm Lifespan will be hosting Splatter Fest during the Mindful Me Mental Health Fair. Participants will be provided a 12 x 12″ canvas and any color paint you could want. During a 15-minute time slot, the artist will create a Jackson Pollack style splatter painting. Flinging paint is a favorite for the young and the not-so-young. Appropriate for kids 3 and up through 100. Protective gear will also be available for shoes and clothes.
Look for the Lifespan and Splatter Fest tents, across the street from Birch and Banyan Coffee. The road (Capitol Drive) will be closed for the Mindful Me mental health fair.
Cost is $10 per person, all proceeds go towards NAMI – National Alliance on Mental Illness of Southeastern Wisconsin. Call 262-361-4275 to RSVP.
