Chili’n on the Avenue is back in 2019! What to expect? A  chili competition, live music, outdoor yoga, food, beer, bounce houses, fashion show, shopping, and more! All on beautiful North Ave in East Tosa. Past events have been a stunning success with an estimated draw of 8,000 visitors.
