The Hardest Mile – Sign Up Now!
Participants are invited to take on The Hardest Mile, an endurance challenge designed to test strength, determination, and teamwork—all while supporting a great cause. This event provides an opportunity to push physical limits, have fun, and contribute to the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).
Date: April 27
Location: Arrowhead High School Track
Time: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Check-in opens at 6:30 AM)
THE CHALLENGE:
Participants will complete four intense laps on the track:
Lap 1: Gorilla Hops (Modified: Walk out Gorilla Hops)
Lap 2: Traveling Burpees (Modified: 1/2 Burpees to Monster Walks)
Lap 3: Walking Lunges (Modified: Adjusted Range of Motion)
Lap 4: Full Sprint (Modified: Jog or Walk)
Competitors can take on the challenge individually or form a team of four, dividing the laps as needed.
HOW TO REGISTER:
$35 per participant – Includes an official event T-shirt and a direct donation to MDA.
Participants will select their preferred T-shirt style and size at checkout.
Competitors must indicate whether they are participating individually or as part of a team and, if applicable, provide their teammates’ names.
Limited spots available—early registration is encouraged!
This event is a chance to challenge physical endurance while making a difference in the lives of those affected by muscular dystrophy. Participants and supporters alike are encouraged to join the cause and experience The Hardest Mile firsthand.
