Pewaukee Library Storytime

If you live in or near Pewaukee and are interested in taking your child to the Pewaukee Public Library storytimes this summer 2018, please know that they have a sign up that begins on Wedneday, June 6th, 2018 for their summer reading program. The 2018 Summer Reading Program is almost here!  Registration will begin on Wednesday, June 6.  Watch this space for the registration form to sign up online, or visit us in person at the Youth Services Desk.

The Children’s Summer Reading Program is for all ages, from Birth through Grade 6.  There are also programs for Teens and Adults!

Kids will receive an activity sheet, full of new things to try.  When five activities are completed, the sheet can be turned in and you will get a prize, as well as a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of the big prize packs.

Through the Chapters for Change program, kids can also help to raise money just by reading!  For every book read (or every 100 pages if your books are long!) the Friends of the Pewaukee Public Library will donate $0.10 to Hungry for Music, and organization that helps to get musical instrument into the hands of aspiring musicians who might not otherwise be able to afford them.  Participating in the Chapters for Change program will also allow kids to play the marble maze!

Finally, there are lots and lots of fun and educational programs taking place at the library.  Be sure to check the Calendar of Events for more information.
