Stone Bank Farm Market is hosting hands-on Sourdough 101 classes this month. If you’ve ever thought about sourdough baking, now’s the time to rise to the occasion! Whether you’re a newbie in the kitchen or a well-seasoned baker, the only prerequisites are curiosity and a love for all things sourdough! The instructor will go through an interactive, step-by-step guide on baking sourdough loaves, and you’ll be able to purchase your own sourdough starter at the end of class.
