Science Saturday

FreeStop in and DO SCIENCE! Drop in to the Pewaukee Public Library and explore science concepts with hands-on projects at Science Saturday. This event is best for school-age kids in Kindergarten and older and great for families to enjoy together. Each month features hands-on activities that will help kids explore a different science topic.

Our Mission
The purpose of the Pewaukee Public Library is to provide our community with carefully selected books and other materials to aid in the pursuit of education, information, research, recreation, and the creative use of leisure time.
The goal of the Pewaukee Public Library Foundation has been to raise funds for the construction of the Library, applying donations to building construction debt and building improvements.
The Friends of the Pewaukee Public Library raise funds to help support the Library’s mission and provide financial support for items and services that are outside the Library’s budget.
Children’s services offers story times, reading programs, monthly Lego Clubs, teen book club, and teen advisory group, along with homework help, reading lists and other programming to children, families, and teens. The Children’s Library can be contacted by calling 262-691-5670 Ext 932 or by emailing pwchild@pewaukee.lib.wi.us.
There are several meeting rooms which can be scheduled for public use, within the terms of the meeting room policy.
The Harken Observatory is housed in the Library and provides education about the wonders of the universe to families.
