Sci-Fi Family Day is back at Discovery World! Celebrate the astounding and impossible worlds of science fiction. Bring the entire family to celebrate the inspiring and imaginative worlds of science-fiction and fantasy!
As always, you are more than encouraged to dress as your favorite character or creature from science fiction or fantasy!
Join the celebration of all things Science Fiction, Fantasy, and beyond! Interact with beloved costumed characters, explore new worlds through demonstrations and displays, and experience one-of-a-kind performances, all while supporting local fandoms, performers, artists, and makers!

This is a day of family fun! See magnificent costumes, props, and displays while interacting with your favorite characters from the sci-fi world! Get into the sci-fi spirit by dressing up in costume!*
*Discovery World is a family-oriented technology center. Please keep your costume tasteful. Nothing excessively revealing or gory will be allowed. No real weapons allowed, including guns, knives, swords, etc.
