About Petals and Pours:

– Meet Janell, Owner/Operator of First Roots Farm, a space that has blossomed into something truly special. They offer a wide range of experiences—from uPick events and Flower Bar pop-ups to CSA flower subscriptions and partnerships with local businesses. The farm also welcomes photographers, providing a beautiful space for family and portrait photography sessions. Additionally, their pastured pork and Kunekune pigs add to the charm of the farm. Janell and her family love sharing the farm’s peaceful atmosphere and happiness through flowers to all who visit.

– Meet Sasha, Owner/Operator of the Mapleton Barn.  Together with her husband Jason, they’ve been hosting events for the past eight years.  In their first few years of business, they focused on weddings but have expanded to a weekly public event, Pizza Farm, corporate events, showers, anniversary parties, and the like.  They are grateful to have found our five-acre slice of heaven and share it with others who love spending time at the Mapleton Barn enjoying its beauty.
