Midnight Madness will be in downtown Hartford on Friday, December 13th, 2019 from 6:00 pm to midnight! The downtown shops and eateries will be open late for your shopping pleasure, turning into a winter wonderland! Please touch base with individual businesses to find out their in-store specials, some will even get better as the night progresses!
