Girls in Aviation Day

Girls in Aviation is a FREE event for girls ages 12-18 and is put on by the Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter of Women in Aviation.

Come join in at the Hartford WI municipal airport on Saturday May 18th from 10:00-12:00 for the free annual Girls Can Fly day. A light luncheon will be provided from 12:00-12:30. The EAA Chapter 1158 will be offering Young Eagle flights afterwards at 12:30/1:00 weather permitting. This is a free outreach event hosted by Women in Aviation Southeastern WI Chapter and Kylie’s Cub Air Flight School. The organizers will have aviation professionals available for Q&A, activities, and various aircraft to explore. The WAI chapter will also have some jewelry and keychains for sale to help fund future outreach events. Cash and Venmo accepted.
