The Germantown Christmas Parade Festival & Tree Lighting kicks-off the Holiday Season in Germantown on November 15, 2025. There are family friendly activities scheduled all day so bring your family, friends and neighbors out to enjoy the community before the busyness of the season takes over. Christmas Festival Parade & Christmas in the Park brought to you by the Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce.
Germantown Christmas Parade Activities
The Germantown Christmas Festival Parade will be sponsored by Enviro-Safe Resource Recovery. The Christmas Festival Parade has been a tradition since 1981! The parade will start at 1:30 PM. All roads on the parade route will be closed one hour before the event and for the entirety of the event at the Germantown Police Department’s discretion. The parade route is as follows:
Starts: Pilgrim Rd & Sylvan Circle
Left on Fond du Lac Ave
Left on Main St Right on Park Ave
End: Firemen’s Park

Germantown Christmas Tree Lighting Activities
All these activities lead everyone to the Tree lighting at Firemen’s Park at approximately 4:30 PM. The official Tree lighting in Germantown has occurred since 1989 and has been decorated by Wendland Nursery this year. They invite the public to join in on this exciting day of family fun and festivities.
