The Christmas Fantasy House returns this year in 2026. The Christmas Fantasy House is a major fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House Charities Eastern WI. This is the 33rd year for this event. Area decorators will decorate this beautiful, new home in the Christmas spirit.
The Christmas Fantasy House will be celebrating its 33rd year in a newly constructed 6,700 sq ft Lake Country home. Special features include five bedrooms, a four season room, finished lower level and a two story primary closet.
Enjoy the gorgeous decorations being created by over 20 decorators. Shop the Holiday Boutique and Sweet Shoppe. Buy tickets to enter the Festival of Trees & Wreaths raffle. Visit the Raffle Basket area for a chance to win a spectacular basket. Bid on Silent Auction items. There is something for everyone to enjoy.
Visitors will also enjoy a Holiday Boutique, Sweet Shoppe, Hall of Trees and Wreaths, Silent Auction and Raffles. Guests often say it kicks off their holiday spirit!
The 2024 Christmas Fantasy House raised $400,000 for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin, absolutely incredible! This paid for over 3,500 nights for families staying at the house. What a great gift we can give & help keep families together. We loved touring that mansion!

Where do I park to get to the Christmas Fantasy House?
Free shuttle service to the Christmas Fantasy House will be available from the Lake Country Dockhounds: 1011 Blue Ribbon Circle N., Oconomowoc, Wisconsin 53066
Since this is a private home, an address will not be provided for security reasons. The home is located in Summit/Oconomowoc, a short shuttle from the Dockhounds.
