The Christmas Fantasy House returns this year in 2025. The Christmas Fantasy House will be celebrating its 32nd year in a breathtaking 19,000 square foot Elm Grove home. The lovely home is on a beautifully landscaped lot. It will be open to the public November 1 through November 9 (closed Nov. 4). The organizers look forward to seeing all of you again this year. *The 2025 Elm Grove Christmas Fantasy House is not handicap accessible.
- Shop the Holiday Boutique and Sweet Shoppe.
- Bid on Silent Auction items.
- Purchase handmade ornaments and other items at the boutique.
- Buy tickets to enter the Festival of Trees & Wreaths raffle.
- Visit the Raffle Basket area and drop your tickets in for a chance to win a spectacular basket.
- They are all an annual fan favorite!
All proceeds from this event benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin.
The 2024 Christmas Fantasy House raised $400,000 for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin, absolutely incredible! This paid for over 3,500 nights for families staying at the house. What a great gift we can give & help keep families together.
OUR REVIEW of the 19,000 square foot Okauchee Lake Home: Erin of Lake Country Family Fun toured the house on Friday, November 1 and WOW. Majestic. This house is grand and decorated to beautifully. It was great to see some of our favorite small shops featured, like Lake and Pine Co. The bedrooms are magnificent. I know that my active youngest child would love the room with the built in rock wall. I could definitely wake up to the master bedroom suite view of Okauchee Lake every day, too! What a view!
If you have the opportunity to tour this home, please do not miss the opportunity. Plus, there’s a fun photo booth on the lower level.

Where do I park to get to the Christmas Fantasy House?
Free shuttle service to the Christmas Fantasy House will be available from Wirth Park in Brookfield: 2585 Pilgrim Road, Brookfield.
Since this is a private home, an address will not be provided for security reasons.
