Birth Fest Milwaukee

Birth Fest Milwaukee is a free, family-friendly pregnancy and parenting event designed to support expecting and growing families in the Milwaukee area. The event features children’s yoga, Park Pals playgroup activities, family-friendly changing areas, and a comfortable nursing space to create a welcoming environment for parents and children.

As the largest pregnancy and parenting expo in the Milwaukee area, Birth Fest Milwaukee connects families with local resources, education, and community support. Hosted by Birth Fest Milwaukee, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, this annual event brings together more than 50 exhibitors, nonprofits, and businesses to provide information on pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting services available in the greater Milwaukee community. Families can explore vendor booths, attend educational sessions, and connect with trusted local professionals.
