Bring your family to Applefest / Beer Garden at New Berlin Historical Park on Sunday, October 13th from 1:00 – 4:00 PM! Come out to Historical Park in New Berlin for the Historical Society’s annual Applefest! See New Berlin history before your eyes as you see pioneer homes and music  demonstrations. Applefest is held the first Sunday in October, which falls on October 13th this year. They strive to make this event a fall afternoon of fun for the entire family.

Beer provided by MobCraft brewery. Family games and fun things for kids like shelling corn, pressing apples for cider, riding the barrel train through the apple orchard and petting miniature horses. Tour historic buildings, buy honey from Hempken Honey Co., apples from the Weston Orchard. Enjoy lunch and homemade desserts.

 Pet Miniature Horses

Local products will also be for sale including Weston’s Heirloom Apples, pumpkins, squash, cornstalks, honey from the beekeeper and a variety of items from the gift shop in the museum.

Come and check out exhibits at the museum including the expanded Military History Display. There are also displays from the Volunteer Fire Department and Police Department.

Enjoy lunch and homemade desserts.

Food and refreshments will be available at the gazebo including hot dogs, ice cream, root beer floats and homemade bakery.
