Annual Golden Beavers Ice Fishing Kids Fest
The Annual Golden Beavers Ice Fishing event committee is excited to announce that the 11th annual Golden Beavers Kids Fest will be on Saturday, February 24th, 2024.
When the Golden Beavers Ice Fishing Team say there will be fishing at Kids Fest with or without ice – they were serious! They have teamed up with another non-profit Fishing For Life who will be bringing their portable trout pond, Inflatable BB Gun Range and inflatable Archery range right to Lucky Chucky’s Beach Bar parking lot for this years Kids Fest! They will have around 150 trout for kids to catch and even take home! Poles, bait, and “floating tip-ups” will be provided to use. Legendary Ice Fishermen Pete and Blake Baumann will even clean your fish!
The ranges, fishing and fish cleaning will be free for Kids! (donations accepted, appreciated, and will go to Sam Wollenhaupt)!!
As always, they will have free food and beverages (while supplies last), and they have a ton of great raffles!
Can’t wait to see you Saturday February 24th!
Trout pond will start at 8am and go until Kids have caught all the fish.
At 1pm. Ben Tajnai will be singing the National Anthem and then they will be introducing Sam Wollenhaupt, and pulling the raffles!
*Lake Country Family Fun attended the 2022 event. It is a must attend event. It is run so smoothly, and it’s amazing to be apart of the community coming together to support one of it’s own.
