What Is Banana Ball?

Banana Ball puts a fun twist on traditional baseball, combining athletic competition with entertainment. Players perform choreographed dances, pull off surprising stunts and interact with the crowd throughout the game.

The rules are different, too! For example, a fan who catches a foul ball can record an out for the opposing team, and batters can steal first base. Games also have a two-hour time limit to keep the action moving.

The Savannah Bananas helped make this style of baseball famous, and the growing Banana Ball league now features several teams, including the Firefighters and Party Animals.
