Explore gorgeous clouds that give birth to stars. In this live, interactive show, witness the birth and death of stars and the breathtaking beauty of these interstellar clouds.
The program will include an indoor stargazing session of the night sky followed by the opportunity to ask questions. This event is open to the public. Not recommended for children under 4.
Instructions for Attending a UWM Manfred Olson Planetarium Show
They also sell tickets at the door starting 30 minutes before the stated start time. However, they recommend buying tickets online in advance as shows do sell out. If tickets are sold out, you can have your name added to a waitlist at the door. Unfortunately, they cannot guarantee admission to waitlist attendees.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the show. If you purchase tickets in advance, you do not need to print anything. You can simply check in at the ticket table with your name starting 30 minutes before the show start time.
If you have not checked in 5 minutes before the show starts (for example, 6:55 pm for a 7:00pm show), we may release your ticket to someone on the waiting list.
Doors close 5 minutes after the show starts. Sorry, no late admissions.
The Manfred Olson Planetarium is located inside the UW-Milwaukee Physics building:
