Observe the Moon Night at the UWM Manfred Olson Planetarium
It’s International Observe the Moon Night! Weather permitting, gaze at the Moon through our telescopes and cozy up by a bonfire outside of the Physics building for free. Inside, enjoy a planetarium show at 7 or 8 p.m. covering lunar exploration and personal and cultural connections to our closest celestial neighbor.
Gazing through telescopes is free; planetarium shows are $6 General Admission/$5 UWM Students.
The program will include an indoor stargazing session of the night sky followed by the opportunity to ask questions., This event is open to the public. Not recommended for children under 4.

They also sell tickets at the door starting 30 minutes
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the event. If you purchase tickets in advance, you do not need to print anything. You can simply check in at the ticket table with your name starting 30 minutes before the show start time.
Doors close 5 minutes after the show starts. Sorry, no late admissions.
If you have not checked in 5 minutes before the show starts (for example, 6:55 pm for a 7:00pm show), we may release your ticket to someone on the waiting list.
