Waukesha County Land Conservancy 30th Anniversary Celebration

September 24 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Waukesha County Land Conservancy (WCLC) was founded in 1992 to “protect and care for environmentally significant land and water in Waukesha County for future generations.” On September 24th at the Hartland Marsh Preserve, WCLC invites the public to help celebrate three decades of protecting over 3,100 acres in the county. A catered lunch will be provided by Good Harvest Market, and beer and mead will be available for purchase. The Waukesha County Land Conservancy 30th Anniversary Celebration event will run from noon to 4:00pm.

Attendees will enjoy live music from local folk group, The Boston Imposters, guided hikes through the 180-acre preserve, a nature scavenger hunt, yard games, crafts, educational booths, and a raffle with items from local businesses.

Registration is required for lunch to be included. Admission is a $30 donation for adults, and $15 for kids 12 and under. To learn more and register for Waukesha County Land Conservancy’s 30th Anniversary Celebration, visit the website: waukeshalandconservancy.org/30th-anniversary-celebration.
