Toddler Time Storytime, Oconomowoc Library

An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Tuesday and Wednesday, repeating until October 31, 2018
Toddler Time Storytime is aimed at children ages 19-35 months old.
Enjoy stories, songs, and a puppet show! FREE! No registration required! Everyone is welcome to join the fun! 10:00 am – 10:30 am.
September 11 & 12: Rule the School
Maybe you aren’t going to school quite yet, but that doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate learning fun! Fall back
into fall with books, songs, and rhymes about teachers, classrooms, school buses, and more.
September 18 & 19: Elephants, Ele-fun!
A storytime of GIANT proportions! Stomp and trumpet your way through some BIG fun together at the library.
September 25 & 26: Clean Up Helpers
Clean up, clean up, everybody everywhere! We all do our share, at home and at the library, to lend a helping
hand at clean up time.
October 2 & 3: Many Journeys
Near or far, new home or quick getaway, journeys are a way to experience new places, people, and stories.
October 9 & 10: Tall as a Tree
Stretch up to the sky and sink in your roots as we read and talk about our leafy friends of the forest.
October 16 & 17: Pumpkin Party!
“Orange” you glad to hear stories, songs, and rhymes about our favorite fall friend, the pumpkin? We are!

October 30 & 31: Monster Mash & Tippy Toe Parade
The monsters came out from under the bed just for storytime! Come in costume and join the parade around
the library with special trick-or-treat fun after each storytime session.
The Oconomowoc Public Library provides materials, services, facilities, technology and up-to-date resources and programs to meet the educational, informational, cultural, and recreational needs of the community. The library features current, high-demand, high-interest materials in a variety of formats for persons of all ages. The Oconomowoc Public Library encourages young children to develop an interest in reading and learning through services for children, and for parents and children together. The library actively provides timely, accurate, and useful information for community residents. The Oconomowoc Public Library supports individuals of all ages pursuing independent learning.
The Library offers a variety of services for children from birth through high school. We have a large selection of materials for kids of all ages including picture books, chapter books, graphic novels, magazines, DVDs, and audio books.
The Children’s Place is filled with fun toys, puzzles, tablets, and of course, lots of great books! Ongoing children’s programs include LEGO Club, Saturday Special Events, Read to Dharma the Library’s therapy dog, and of course Storytime! Story times are scheduled for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers throughout the year.
