Join the Okauchee Lions on October 14th for their “Stuff the Bus” – Pancake Breakfast & Tailgate Winter Outerwear Collection Drive. The community is invited to bring new or gently used snow gear, in all sizes, that will be distributed throughout Lake Country as the weather starts to turn cold. The event will run 9 am – 2 pm, College GameDay will be on the screens, and fingers crossed we can watch the Badgers take on the Hawkeyes that day. Participants can look forward to a hot, pancake breakfast, bloody Mary bar, and Tailgate Lunch (will have brats, hot dogs and grilled cheese). Food items are priced, “Pay what you may,” with a suggested donation of $5 – $8 per plate. All proceeds from the breakfast & lunch will go to Lake Country area food pantries. There will be crafts for kids and other exciting things to look forward to, the Lions always have fun surprises up their sleeves! Let’s help keep families warm & fed!
