Oconomowoc’s Costume Swap for 2016

Oconomowoc Costume Swap by Lake Country Family Fun a Mom blog

The Oconomowoc Costume swap is back in 2016 for its fifth year! To participate in this event, please bring TWO non-perishable food items for the Oconomowoc Food Pantry and a children’s Halloween costume. Please bring the gently used (clean, no rips, tears or missing parts) costumes to Roots Coffeebar in Oconomowoc (124 E Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc, WI 53066) from September 26th- September 30th for drop off and pick up on October 1st from 9:30 am – 11:00 am!

The drop off will be available anytime that The Roots Coffeebar & Cafe is open during those days, Monday through Friday. There will be a container set up for you to deposit your costumes, and a ticket to be attached to the costume (with your contact information), and a ticket for you to take that will correspond with the ticket placed on the costume. Again, costumes must be in like new condition (no rips, tears or stains) and will be rejected if not up to the stated standards. No one wants to pick up an unusable costume on Saturday morning. Please follow the rules. You may swap more than one costume, and you are also welcome to donate extra costumes to the swap (just bring them in a bag and write DONATE on it). Your kindness is very much appreciated if you choose to donate additional costumes!

Pick up of your new-to-you costume will be from 9:30 am until 11:00 am on Saturday the 1st of October. Please remember to bring your ticket with you to pick up that you received at drop off. This ensures that you are swaping a costume, so that everyone who dropped off a costume will be able to pick up a costume. If you have any questions, please email me at LakeCountryFamilyFun@gmail.com.
