Muskego Library Storytime

If you live in or near Muskego and are interested in taking your child to the Muskego Library storytimes this summer 2017, please know that they do not require registration. Each storytime is a drop-in session. They offer several different storytime options for young children and their caregivers this summer as part of the summer reading program.

Brilliant Babies (ages 0 up to 2)
Every Monday* @ 9:30
This fun early literacy storytime encourages you to sing, talk, read, and play with your brilliant baby. Each meeting concludes with 15-20 minutes of free play. Siblings/guests are always welcome!

Read to Rover
Every Monday at 6:00 pm

Toddler Time
This storytime promotes early literacy stories and play.
Ages 2-3
Tuesdays 9:30-10 or 10:30-11:00

Preschool Power
This storytime is an interactive STEAM storytime.
Ages 4-6
Mondays 10:30-11:15 am

Music Makers
This session provides high energy sing along fun.
Ages 0-5
Thursdays 9:30-10:15 or 10:30-11:15

All-Abilities Storytime
This is an inclusive storytime designed for children with sensory integration challenges and differing ability levels, as weel as their families and caregivers. 

Family Picturebook Brunch
Saturday, June 24 and August 19 10:00 am
All ages welcome
A short & sweet storytime for the whole family.
Anytime before the event, stop by the reference desk to pick up your family’s free copy of our selected book.

Sensory Playdate
All ages welcome
Children will be encouraged to learn through their senses with activities targeting a different area of their growing brains. Sensory Playdate will be available for half an hour before the general public opening time of 10am for differently abled children to enjoy the experience without the crowd and noise. 9:30am early entry for kids with sensory processing difficulties.
